English Country Cottages
Brief
A project completed whilst on work placement with TBWA/Manchester. To thoroughly redesign and update an old website for one of the UK's largest cottage holidays companies, English Country Cottages. As the website's poor design does not properly reach its target audience, but rather hinders their efforts to find a holiday.
Deliverables
A few website layouts in Photoshop aimed at restructuring and easing the pain in using their website. This was achieved by simplifying the design, pulling a large amount of unnecessary content or clutter out, placing simple call-to-action areas and simplifying the manner in which navigation options are thrown at the user. Thus bringing it in line with other websites of similar genre.
